Judy Casperson

Judy Casperson is a graduate of Parks College. A banking and wealth management professional having worked with B of A/ Banc of America Investment Services, TD Bank , Webster Bank and Merrill Lynch.

My passion to help people with their Money was born in Germany while working with spouses of the military who were young, new wives/mothers living in a foreign country who had never lived on a budget and were now having to manage that and a daily foreign exchange rate. I was the manager of the USO and was able to deliver programs to help orient families to their new community. This passion also lead me to get more involved with the local schools and after serving on the school improvement committee I was asked to run for municipal government where I served as a Town Councilor for 4 terms. I did not seek re-election and ended my term 11/2017. I wanted to work to impact financial empowerment and education. Having worked with the YWCA serving as a Board Member and Money Conference seminar leader as well as University of Hartford and University of Saint Joseph Financial Education guest seminar leader; I know there is more to be accomplished. I know that our country would be a stronger more stable place if we educated and empowered our citizens to lead in their relationship to money and their finances... it would be a Winning Play for our future!

My husband Olaf and I are blessed with two daughters who were taught about fiscal responsibility and wealth strategy. They are independent Millennials enjoying their careers.
